We collect only the information necessary to schedule services, provide estimates, complete work, and communicate with clients. Client information is used solely for business operations and is never sold or shared with third parties except as required to process payments, support scheduling and messaging through Jobber, or comply with legal obligations.

Mobile phone numbers are used only for service‑related communication such as scheduling, reminders, and updates. Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. By booking service, the client consents to the collection and use of information as described. Clients may request updates or corrections to their information at any time.

By accessing tresichandyman.com or utilizing our handyman services in Bountiful, Utah, you agree to these terms:

By using Tresic Handyman & Construction’s services, the client agrees to all company policies, pricing, and service terms. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge; cancellations within 24 hours incur a $75 fee. Payment is due upon completion of work, and invoices unpaid after 3 days accrue a $25 daily late fee. Handyman labor includes a 90‑day workmanship guarantee, and construction labor includes a limited 1‑year warranty for labor defects only. Warranties exclude wear, misuse, neglect, external damage, pre‑existing conditions, client‑supplied materials, and manufacturer defects. No refunds will be issued until Tresic Handyman & Construction has inspected, diagnosed, and attempted to correct any issue under warranty. Tresic Handyman & Construction is not liable for hidden conditions or unforeseen complications requiring additional work or revised pricing. Receipt of service confirms acceptance of these terms.
