We had Cody from Tresic fix an outdoor faucet and replace an indoor one. He was fast, effective, clear in his explanations, easy to communicate with, and offered excellent value for a fair cost. You really learn about a business when something goes wrong. The day after the repair, I noticed what seemed to be a small issue with the outdoor faucet (it wasn’t). I contacted Cody, and he honored his warranty, coming back that day to assess the situation. When he found it just needed a minor adjustment, he took care of it immediately. No fuss, just efficiency and competence.
